Design Notes

It is unclear whether spacer sequences are truly necessary to separate two genes, nor is it clear how long such a sequence would need to be.


Source

Derived from the lambda phage genome. The 30 bp correspond to a portion of the untranslated region of the late transcript, between genes Q and S.
